1 Register with Floodkon:
Send your CV and cover letter to hari@floodkon.onmicrosoft.com. For both advertised and non-advertised roles we strongly encourage you to provide context of the opportunity you are seeking including information about your skills and experience. Providing greater context of your career interests enables Floodkon to consider and position you for both current and future opportunities. The Floodkon team will promote talent to our Hiring Manager network where opportunities arise. Our Hiring Managers will reach out to you to discuss the opportunity and your interest in the project work they are resourcing. An interview/meeting with you may also occur. Following this conversation, engagement options will be discussed with you.
2 Will I be contacted when I send my CV to Floodkon?
The Floodkon team will reach out to you once they have reviewed your CV. The intent of Floodkon is to match your skills and experience with contract opportunities currently on hand and as they arise. Where your skills and availability are a match for a project, you can expect to be contacted at this time.
3 How does Floodkon provide updates on projects and opportunities?
www.floodkon.com and our LinkedIn Page are our primary social media channels where we actively share any updates and advertise contract positions. We may also advertise across other social and public domains.
4 How will I be contacted if an opportunity becomes available?
You can expect our Project Managers to contact you directly if opportunities which match your skills arise.
5 Do I just attach a CV to my profile?
Unfortunately no, we value how you want to work, your goals and career objectives. In a cover letter please include any relevant profile information which will help make an informed decision regarding your skills and experience. This enables us to better match you to opportunities as they arise.
6 Is there a cost?
There is no cost to register on Floodkon.
7 Who has access to view my profile?
The FLOODKON Project Manager, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources network will have the ability to search and view your profile.
